Cryo has given me so much confidence over the past year. The ladies are always so welcoming and kind. They have expertise in so many treatments and truly are the best at what they do. Whether it's a facial, massage or pedi, the service is excellent. The ladies are so accomodating and always look after everyone. I was nervous about going for a treatment the first time and never felt like I belonged at a beauticians, but cryo is different... everyone is welcome and everyone is made to feel special. I always leave there with a smile on my face and feeling rejuvenated. It genuinely has helped build my confidence. Shout out to Tia who is excellent at nails and lashes, so much so I go back every month! Molly for tanning on those weddings/holidays, Petch for calming massages and Grace for pedi and waxing. Lucy leads the team so well and it's great to see a successful businesses woman boss it. If you are looking for a beautician/treatments, I highly recommend! This was my first experience having g a lash LVL treatment.. as with every visit at the clinic from start to finish I was given 5. Star treatment. Lucy was so professional and explained to me the treatment and what she would be doing, she was so accommodating, made me feel so welcome and the end result was just perfect. My lashes look so elegant- I literally can’t wait for my next treatment! I can’t recommend this treatment enough- and look forward to another treatment in a few weeks. A hidden gem! This is the best clinic I have been to. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Each staff member has their own specialities and you can tell just how passionate they all are 🩷 Grace was so lovely! She completed my Hydro facial and customised it to fit my skin type. I felt so relaxed and at ease throughout. Grace explained each step and even advised me on serums to use in future - my skin is glowing & has never been clearer. This clinic offers many treatments from massage to beauty and laser hair removal at affordable prices. Such a lovely, welcoming salon. I’ve had lots of different treatments, from reflexology to hydra facial here and they have all been great, done by wonderful therapists.
